The *10* "Coach's Clinic" - Signature Play
(MLB) San Francisco vs. LA Dodgers,
Money Line: -169.00 LA Dodgers (Home)
Result: Loss
The Dodgers were swept in San Francisco last week, and they'll be looking for some payback here in this home series versus the Giants. So far so good, coming off an 8-3 win in Game 1, and Game 2 figures to be a pitcher's duel with both teams turning to their respective aces.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - The Dodgers will hand the ball to Clayton Kershaw, who pitched well in a loss to San Francisco in his latest start. Kershaw (1-1, 4.07 ERA) allowed a pair of runs on just three hits, while racking up nine Ks in six innings, but the Giants won by a score of 3-2. He was 10-2 with a 1.70 ERA in 14 starts at Chavez Ravine last season, and the Dodgers have won both his starts at home so far this season. The Giants will hand the ball to Madison Bumgarner, who was rocked for five runs on 10 hits over just three innings in his last start away from San Francisco.

2. Batter vs. Pitcher - Kershaw owns the big bats of San Francisco, with Hunter Pence hitting .075 with 13 strikeouts in 53 at bats, while Buster Posey is hitting .177 with 14 strikeouts in 62 career at bats.

3. X-Factor - The Giants appear to be suffering from another World Series hangover, as only two teams in the majors have scored fewer runs than San Francisco (Milwaukee and Philadelphia).

Selection: This is a play on the L.A. Dodgers.(10*)
