Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - Jeff Locke will be on the mound for Pittsburgh, and he's off to a good start to the season. Locke (2-0, 1.93 ERA) gave up just one run on four hits over eight innings in his most recent start. The 27 year old posted an ERA of 2.10 in five day games last season. The Cubs will counter with Kyle Hendricks, who has allowed seven runs on 11 hits over 10.1 innings so far this season.

2. Batter vs. Pitcher - Starlin Castro is just 1-for-10 lifetime versus Locke, and the Cubs lineup as a whole has hit just .212 against him.

3. X-Factor - The Pirates are 36-17 in their last 53 home games.
