The *10* "Coach's Clinic" - Signature Play
(MLB) Philadelphia vs. Washington,
Money Line: -146.00 Washington (Home)
Result: Win
The Nationals bats exploded for 10 runs in a blowout win over Boston at Fenway yesterday. They return home to host Philly, looking to put a poor start to the season behind them. With the money this team spent in the off-season, a 3-6 record after nine games comes as a bit of a shock. It's still a little early to be too concerned about the Nats though, and they look good heading into this series versus Philly.

Here are my keys to the game:

1, Pitching - The Nats will hand the ball to Doug Fister, who didn't factor in the decision in a loss at Philadelphia in his season debut. He tossed six scoreless frames in that game, but the Nats couldn't put any runs on the board. Fister was excellent at home last season, posting a record of 8-2 with a 1.72 ERA at Nationals Park. The Phillies counter with Cole Hamels, who has been taken yard five times in two starts so far this season.

2. Batter vs. Pitcher - Ryan Howard and Chase Utley are a combined 5-for-26 with five strikeouts lifetime versus Fister.

3. X-Factor - Jayson Werth played his third game back from injury last night in Boston, picking up his first hit of the season.

Selection: This is a play on the Washington Nationals.(10*)
