The Coach's NHL SURE SHOT
(NHL) Columbus vs. Philadelphia,
Money Line: -156.00 Philadelphia (Home)
Result: Loss
The Philadelphia Flyers will host the Columbus Blue Jackets in a must win game at the Wells Fargo Center tonight. This will be the second meeting in less than a week, and Philly will look to avenge a 4-3 overtime loss at Columbus on Friday. The Flyers sit seven points ahead of Columbus in the Eastern Conference standings, and they've got a far more realistic chance to make the playoffs. I like the home team as they should have a lot more to play for.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Home Cookin' - The Flyers have really struggled on the road, but they boast a home record of 15-7-4. Home ice has been a significant factor in previous meetings between these two teams with the hosts prevailing in 11 of the last 13 meetings.

2. Injuries - Columbus has struggled since losing starting goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky to injury. Backup netminder Curtis McElhinney should be back between the pipes tonight after third string goaltender Anton Forsberg was torched for six goals on 46 shots on Saturday. If the Jackets allow their opponent to throw that much rubber at the net, it likely won't matter who's playing goal.

3. X-Factor - Jakub Voracek leads the Flyers in scoring with 60 points, and he's tallied 13 points in his last nine games against the Blue Jackets.

Selection: This is a play on the Philadelphia Flyers (8*)
