Ondrej Pavelec got the not in the loss to the Preds Thursday, allowing three goals on 26 shots.

2. Home Cookin' - Detroit's home record of 17-4-6 is quite impressive, and the Wings have won six straight at Joe Louis Arena. The Jets are looking to snap a five game road losing streak.

3. X-Factor - The Jets will want to be very cautious not to take any unnecessary penalties, as Detroit's power-play ranks #1 overall in the NHL with a 25.9% conversion rate.
