Two of the best teams in the NBA's Eastern Conference meet in Atlanta for a big mid week game. The Wizards who sit third in the Eastern Conference but are nine games behind the East leading Hawks who they face in this game. Atlanta had their 19-game winning streak snapped in New Orleans on Monday. It was a loss that starts a tough week of games for the Hawks. Atlanta is a favorite at home and will be tough to beat but this is a few too many points for it to cover with a hungry Wizards team in looking to mark their territory.

Tough scheduling spot for Atlanta- The Hawks lost in New Orleans against a good Pelicans squad and now have return home and immediately take on a hungry Wizards team. The loss snapped the big winning streak for Atlanta and it would not be a surprise if there was a letdown after mentally exhaling.

Hungry Wizards- Washington has lost three in a row coming into this game. It's the first three game losing streak of the season for the Wizards and you know they will be coming in determined. Washington likely circled this matchup this on their schedule with all the attention that Atlanta is getting right now. This is a chance to make its mark.

X-Factor-Washington is 3-1 ATS in games played at Atlanta the last three seasons. Getting points in a situation where the team could win outright is very advantageous.
