Both teams are expected to give their starters a good amount of reps which should lead to plenty of points on the board.

Cleveland needs to give Jacoby Brissett a chance to familiarize himself with the offense as he'll be the starting QB for the first 11 games while Deshaun Watson is suspended. Brissett did not play last week, so it makes sense that he'll get a good run here.

The Bears have indicated that they'll play their starters for the full first half.
