Javier has posted a 2.84 ERA over eight career outings (four starts) against the Rangers who turn to Glenn Otto.

Otto (1-0, 1.80 ERA) held Oakland to one run on two hits with five strikeouts over five innings in his first, and up until now, only start of the season.
