The inconsistent Brooklyn Nets will host the Charlotte Hornets Friday night, and I think this looks like a good spot to back the visitors. Charlotte outscored visiting Philadelphia by 19 points during the third quarter of a 109-93 victory on Wednesday, and I like what I've seen from the Hornets. They're 12-5 ATS in their last 17 games following a straight up win of more than 10 points and 2-0 SU and ATS on the road so far this season, winning at Milwaukee (107-96) and at Miami (97-91). The Nets are coming off a 109-101 win against Detroit but had lost 118-88 against Chicago in their previous game. You just can't trust the Nets to come up with back-to-back solid performances, and we can note that the Nets are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games following a straight up win.
