Kluber is 3-1 with a 0.74 ERA in four starts this October and he dominated the Cubs in Game 1 by striking out nine and allowing four hits over six-plus innings. The Cubs turn to John Lackey (0-0, 5.63 ERA) who has had less success here in the postseason. The veteran has lasted only four innings in each of his two starts and we can note that the Cubs are 0-4 in Lackeys last four Saturday starts.
I thought the Cubs would claim the title with the Tribe only winning their games behind Kluber. I might be wrong about the first prediction, but I expect the second to hold true.
