The Arizona Cardinals will have to do without QB Carson Palmer, but the San Francisco 49ers will be without four-time NFL All-Pro linebacker NaVorro Bowman sustained a torn left Achilles in Sunday's 24-17 setback to Dallas Sunday night. Bad news for a 49ers D that has allowed plenty of points and yardage in losing three straight games since shutting out the Rams in their season opener. The Cardinals won both meetings last season, and I think they'll come through with a win tonight.
