We like the Connecticut Huskies to defeat the Sacred Heart Pioneers on Wednesday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

UCONN is coming off back-to-back NCAA Championships. They'll look to kick off their new season off with a big win.

Sacred Heart has already lost this season. They don't have anything going for them in this game.

Connecticut have won 25 straight games against non-ranked (AP Poll) teams.

In all three games when these teams have met up with each other, UCONN has won and covered against the spread.

UCONN also covered against the spread in their last seven games last season. Those were against very strong competition as well.

We're going with the defending B2B champs on Wednesday. This will become a "blood-bath" in the second half.
