The first two games went "under" the number, and Florida came out on top in each. So far this high-powered Oilers' offense has been held to just one goal over the first two games, but we expect the change in venue to also lead to a faster pace, and ultimately we expect this total to fly "over" the number sooner, rather than later. It's do or die essentially for the Oilers, as an 0-3 hole would be very difficult to climb out of obviously. Despite the low-scoring loss in Game 2, note that Edmonton has still seen the total eclipse the posted number in 12 of its last 20 in trying to avenge a road loss as an underdog vs. an opponent. And there's no reason not to believe that Florida won't keep its offensive momentum rolling here as well.
