After two straight victories to open the season, I believe that the Rangers finally have a letdown here in this difficult road venue. No one likes travelling to Winnipeg. Unless you are the Jets. This is Winnipeg's home and season opener. The Jets finished 39-32-11 last year. Igor Shesterkin is a fantastic goaltender, but I think New York will be in over its head here vs. this fresh Winnipeg side. Connor Hellebuyck finished 29-27-10 with a 2.90 GAA last year and I think he'll be a difference-maker tonight. Besides, the Rangers are now "gassed" after last night's 7-3 win at Minnesota. Finally, note that the favorite is 5-1 the last six in this series; consider the Jets in this one!
