I think Carlos Rodon on the San Francisco Giants have much more than just a "punchers chance" in this one. The second half gets underway and San Fran sits 12.5 games back of the Dodgers. LA was well represented at the All Star Game, but expect it to suffer a bit of a letdown here in the first game back from the break. Rodon is 8-5 with a 2.66 ERA and 1.11 WHIP. Julio Urias is 8-6 with a 2.89 ERA and 1.02 WHIP. Evenly matched starters here, swinging the value to the undervalued underdog. In a contest that I see being decided late or even in extras, I'm laying this very reasonable mid-sized price for the extra 1.5 runs of insurance; the play is San Fran on the runline option!
