New York has lost 2 straight to open this series, after coming into it having won 5 in a row. The Mets are actually 7-2 in their last 9 in trying to avenge 2 or more straight losses against an opponent. These starters are evenly matched as well; David Peterson is 2-0 with a 3.03 ERA for the Mets, while Buehler is 6-1 with a 3.22 ERA for the Dodgers. While I do think an outright victory is possible here, I'll recommend to taking a second look at the hungry Mets on the runline tonight!
