I've always felt that there's tremendous value on Opening day. Especially when betting underdogs on Openind day! I've often found that the bookmakers lines are soft on opening day, and that's the case here with Cincinnait, which I believe has much more than just a "punchers chance" in this one. Tyler Mahle finished 13-6 with a sharp 3.75 ERA in 33 starts last year. The Reds let Nick Castellanos go, while the defending champs failed to sign Freddie Freeman. The Braves go with Max Fried, who was 14-7 with a 3.04 ERA in 28 starts last year. Expect the hungrier visiting side to pull off the upset on Opening day; the play is the Reds!
