Considering how tight the final margins were in last night’s NBA play-in games, taking the money line seems like a prudent option here. Home teams are 4-0 SU in the play-in round thus far. You have to think we won’t be seeing a repeat of the respective shooting efforts by these teams from the other night. The Wizards could only make three of 21 three-point attempts against the Celtics as they lost 118-100. Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook combined to shoot just 1 for 10 from behind the arc and combined for only 42 points. Expect them to be connecting at a much higher rate tonight as Washington is 3-0 SU against Indiana this season and topped 130 points in all three games. In a similar vein, don’t expect to see Indiana shoot as WELL as they did vs. Charlotte on Tuesday. The Pacers made over 55% of their field goal attempts, including 16 threes. This team is 3-10 straight up this year following a game in which they scored 130 or more points. (They scored 144 Tuesday).
