This is Game 1 of the Best of Five WNBA Finals. Both Seattle and Las Vegas were 18-4 in the regular season. Las Vegas swept the season series, though Seattle was dealing with key injuries for both games. The Aces did need the full five games to eliminate Connecticut in the semifinals while Seattle swept Minnesota. Now it's LV that’s going to be missing a key piece, Dearica Hamby, who suffered a season-ending knee injury in the Connecticut series. But the Aces still have both MVP A’ja Wilson as well as Angel McCoughtry under their sleeve and that should be plenty for them to cover the spread here.
