This series is tied at one game apiece. However, the Under is 2-0. Runs figured to be somewhat scarce in matchup of teams not short on tremendous pitching. Game 1 was a 6-0 Dodgers shutout while the Nationals came back to take Game 2 by a score of 4-2. Game 3 is in Washington and has a starting pitching matchup of Ryu vs. Scherzer, which on paper looks to be the best of the three games so far. But beware of Ryu on the road where he wasn't nearly as dominant as he was at Chavez Ravine. ERA and WHIP aren't much different, but Ryu's team start record on the road (7-8) was a lot worse than it was at home (13-1) during the regular season. And Scherzer has kind of struggled of late, including the Wild Card Game where he gave up two early home runs. His ERA over his last three starts is 6.10. There is also the issue of usage as he came into pitch the eighth inning of Game 2, which was a surprise. While the pitching tends to grab the headlines for both teams, both have more than capable offenses as well. They were 1-2 in the National League in scoring during the regular season. The Over is 4-1 the past five meetings in Washington. It's a pretty low number. Play OVER LA DODGERS-WASHINGTON
