Joe Musgrove (9-3, 3.25) counters for the home side. He's 5-1 with a 3.40 ERA in eight starts at Petco this year, and despite a 2-3 record vs. the Rangers lifetime, he does spot the sharp 3.62 ERA over that span (eight appearances.)
