The A's offer great value in a slight upset role here in our opinion. The visitors hand the ball to ace Sean Manaea (9-6, 3.38 ERA) who gave up two runs off four hits while striking out five over 6.2 innings in what turned out to be a no-decision to San Francisco on Sunday. So far he has a respectable 88:24 K:BB and note that he's 6-2 with a 3.36 ERA on the road this year. Kyle Freeland (8-6, 3.28) goes for the home side and he most recently gave up four runs off five hits wit three walks over five innings in a no-decision to Arizona on Saturday. Overall Freeland's been great, but the red hot ATHLETICS continue their recent surge with another win in our opinion.
