Arizona held on for a 2-1 win last night and we think it'll find a way to get the job done here as well. The visitors hand the ball to Zack Greinke (7-5, 3.66 ERA) who gave up two hits over six scoreless innings while also striking out seven in a dominant victory over Pittsburgh on Saturday. Greinke is starting to hit his stride and while he's been better at home than on the road, there's no question that he benefits in facing the Marlins' anemic line-up. The home side hands the ball to Trevor Richards (2-4, 4.91) who picked up a win over the Rockies on Saturday, allowing one run off three hits while striking out eight over six innings. It was an impressive performance at Coors Field, no question about it. However, we think some predictable regression is imminent from the "on again, off again" rookie. Arizona is 28-25 against right-handed starters, while Miami is just 22-36 against right-handed starters. No upset here as Greinke and ARIZONA find a way to get the job done.
