AAA's 3-GM FRIDAY NIGHT COLLEGE FOOTBALL REPORT!
(NCAAF) New Mexico vs. Arizona State,
Total: 65.00 | -106.00 Over
Result: Win
Total: 65.00 | -106.00 Over
Result: Win
This is an 8* play on the UNDER between New Mexico and Arizona State.
After a couple of lacklustre efforts, we look for the home side to win decisively this evening. We're playing on Arizona State and the UNDER in this contest, as we look for the Sun Devils to control every facet of this one vs. a Lobos team which has made some strides, but which is ill equipped to contend with a school like ASU over a full four quarters. With one last chance to tune up before conference action, Arizona State will look to clean up its sloppy performance thus far. New Mexico coach Bob DeBesse runs a triple-option offense which has produced 563 yards over the first two games of the season, but note the Lobos' defense is clearly a weak point, last week it surrendered 321 yards through the air and almost 11 yards per attempt vs. Tulsa, so there's no question the home side will have the green light to air it out tonight. Note that New Mexico has seen the total dip below the posted number in three of its last five road games when the total in the contest is between 63.5 and 70 points, while ASU has seen the total go under the number in four of its last six at home with a total in the range. All signs do indeed point to a completely lop-sided rout for the home side, play on the UNDER.
