AAA's 10* *Clippers/Rockets* Game 5 TOTAL BLOCKBUSTER!
(NBA) LA Clippers vs. Houston,
Total: 219.00 | -110.00 Over
Result: Loss
Total: 219.00 | -110.00 Over
Result: Loss
This is a 10* TOTAL BLOCKBUSTER on the UNDER between the LA Clippers and the Houston Rockets.
These two teams have been putting up points on the board at a ridiculous rate so far in this series, but with their backs against the wall, the Rockets will be forced to do everything they can to try and slow down the high-flying Clippers today. Houston has not played well on either end of the court in this series, the biggest letdown by any team so far in the second round. The Rockets know that their only chance to get back into this series is to play better defense, the team has been a complete disaster on that end of the floor so far. LA on the other hand won't need to change anything it's doing, it's been especially dominant on the defensive end, after scoring 112.4 PPG over its first seven this postseason, Houston has been limited to an average of 97.0 while losing the last two at Staples Center by a combined 58: "This is the ultimate adversity right here," Rockets star James Harden assessed last night. "We've got to get one at home with Game 5 back at the house. It's really win or go home. Our backs are against the wall and we've got to show up." Note that the Clippers have seen the total go UNDER the number in four of five this year as a road fav of three points or less, while Houston has seen the total dip below the posted number in 19 of 34 this season in trying to revenge a loss vs. an opponent. I think the writing is on the wall and a much slower paced game is finally in the cards, play on the UNDER.
