AAA's 3-GAME MLB DESTRUCTION PASS!
(MLB) Pittsburgh vs. Philadelphia,
Money Line: -173.00 Pittsburgh (Away)
Result: Win
This is an 8* play on the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Gerrit Cole's four start winning streak came to an end in his last outing as he'd give up three runs off eight hits over five innings in a 3-0 home loss to Cincinnati. Cole though looks to get right back on track, note that he had gone 8-0 over his previous ten starts and is 4-1 with a 2.27 ERA this season overall, which includes a 4-0 mark and very respectable 2.33 ERA away from friendly confines. Also note that Cole is 1-1 with a 2.61 ERA in two starts against the Phillies, giving up a hit over five scoreless innings in an 8-2 win in the most recent last year. Pittsburgh would take six of seven from the Phillies last year, including three of four in Philadelphia, during which it's averaged five runs. The Pirates come in with a ton of momentum as well, after yesterday's 4-3 home win over the Cards, they've now won three of four while batting .320. And that's bad news for Jerome Williams who is 2-2 with a 5.18 ERA and who is coming off his worst effort of the year in Wednesday's 7-5 loss in Atlanta, giving up six runs and eight hits over just 4 1/3's innings of work. Also note that Philadelphia has been particularly inept at the plate of late, it's posted a meagre .220 home average and has scored a league-low 2.8 runs per game in front of the home town crowd this season. Great line value in my opinion, play on the PIRATES.
