AAA's ALL EARLY 5-GAME MLB BLOWOUT PASS (w/ HUGE 10* PICK!)
(MLB) Oakland vs. Minnesota,
Point Spread: -1.50 | 140.00 Oakland (Away)
Result: Loss
This is a 6* RUN-LINE play on the Oakland Athletics.

For the most part MLB handicapping comes down to the starting pitching and I think these two hurlers are pretty evenly matched, so in a contest in which I believe will be decided late or in the extra innings, I have no problem laying the price for the extra 1.5 runs of insurance. The A's won 2-1 on Tuesday, but will be eager to atone for yesterday's 13-0 setback and face Ricky Nolasco who is 1-1 with a 10.13 ERA thus far. Nolasco has actually enjoyed success vs. the A's in the past, but note that he gave up three runs over five innings in Saturday's 5-3 win over the White Sox on Saturday after being shelled for six runs over three innings in an 11-0 loss at Detroit in his only other start on April 8th. The visitors counter with Drew Pomeranz who is 0-2 with a 6.20 ERA in his last four outings, but pitches against the Twins for the first time (no Minnesota player has ever faced him). A couple of struggling starters, but I think the highly motivated and clearly under-achieving A's come to play today; play on OAKLAND on the RUN-LINE.
