AAA's 10* *Rockets/Mavs* Game 4 TOTAL BLOCKBUSTER (10-2 +$7,700 O/U PLAYOFF RUN!)
(NBA) Houston vs. Dallas,
Total: 220.00 | -107.00 Over
Result: Loss
Total: 220.00 | -107.00 Over
Result: Loss
This is a 10* TOTAL BLOCKBUSTER on the UNDER between the Houston Rockets and the Dallas Mavericks.
After successfully hitting the first two totals of this series, I had a bad call on the UNDER in Game 3, but with that high-scoring contest in the books and with the total in tonight's affair the highest so far, I believe the conditions are now finally right for a lower-scoring battle. James Harden poured in a playoff career high 42 points and the Rockets would hold on for the 130-128 victory in Game 3; it goes without saying that if the Mavs can't slow the Rockets offense down, then this will be their final game of the year. So while most will be expecting another shootout, I don't see it that way, the intensity in which Dallas plays on the defensive end will prove to be the difference tonight; also note that Houston has in fact seen the total go UNDER the number in 13 of 23 this year after three or more consecutive SU victories, while Dallas has seen the total fall below the posted number in both games that it's played this year after three or more consecutive losses and in 19 of 35 in revenging a loss vs. an opponent. This can still be a higher-scoring game and fall below this sky-high number and that's exactly what I'm expecting, a great situational play on the UNDER.
