This is a 6* RUN-LINE DESTRUCTION on the Kansas City Royals.
I believe the talent discrepancy on the mound absolutely justifies in laying the 1.5 runs for the healthy plus money return. The Royals are rolling, they're off to their best start after 12 games since 2003. Twins' starter Kirk Gibson has had plenty of success vs. the Royals in the past, winning all four starts while posting a 1.38 ERA in the process, but note that he's just 1-1 with a 6.10 ERA so far this year. Minnesota has won four of five and I think is now primed for a letdown here, it would most recently pull off the 7-2 victory over the Tribe on Sunday. The home side counters with Edinson Volquez who is 1-1 with a 2.30 ERA, throwing opposite Gibson in last week's 3-1 setback. Volquez is 0-1 against the Twins in two starts despite posting a very respectable 2.63 ERA. I'm giving Volquez the big nod on the mound and that's more than enough to tip the scales in favor of KANSAS CITY on the RUN LINE.
