AAA's 10* "ART OF WAR!" (EPIC LONGTERM NBA RUN CONT!)
(NBA) LA Clippers vs. Cleveland,
Total: 207.00 | -105.00 Under
Result: Loss
Total: 207.00 | -105.00 Under
Result: Loss
This is a 10* ART OF WAR on the OVER between the LA Clippers and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
For a number of different reasons I expect this total to eclipse the posted number as the game comes down the stretch. The Cavaliers come in with plenty of momentum as they seek their 12th straight victory: "The title is the ultimate goal," LeBron James said last night. "We haven't played in one playoff game, one playoff minute -- that's when it really counts. You build your habits and progress over the regular season. As fast as you go on an 11-game winning streak, you can go on an 11-game losing streak." The last time these teams got together, it was a barn-burner as Cleveland would gut out the 126-121 win over the Clippers back on January 16th. LA would love to play spoiler and avenge that setback obviously and will be especially motivated after Monday's 102-100 loss to Brooklyn. This play however is based mainly on strong O/U trends, as note that LA has seen the total go OVER the number in five of its last seven after being held to 100 points or less, while Cleveland has seen the total soar above the posted number in interestingly four of its last five after holding its opponent to 90 points or less in three or more straight games. While neither team has been lighting up the scoreboard and played to many OVERs of late, I do now finally believe that the conditions are right for a higher-scoring shootout between these offensive minded clubs.
