AAA's WEST-COAST TOTAL "ASSASSIN!" (+$9,270 Y-T-D NBA!)

This is an 8* WEST-COAST TOTAL ASSASSIN on the OVER between the Golden State Warriors and the Utah Jazz.
For a number of different reasons I'm expecting this total to eclipse the posted number as the game comes down the stretch. Golden State comes in with plenty of momentum after winning six-straight in front of the home town crowd. This is the first game on the road for the Warriors since Christmas day, it's always a spot I like to take advantage of as the team is clearly looking to start things off on the "right foot." A game vs. the lowly Jazz is just what the doctor ordered to keep the win skein rolling as well as Golden State has won five straight in the series. The Warriors average an NBA-best 113.7 points per game at home and are most recently coming off a 112-94 win over Cleveland on January 9th. The Jazz are coming off a listless 96-82 win at Houston on Saturday, committing a season-high 31 turnovers which led to 38 Rocket points: "We're trying to get more efficient with our execution, which will help with our turnovers," assessed coach Quin Snyder Monday. "We've made a lot of mistakes handling the ball." The Jazz will be equally as motivated here though obviously as they look to avoid a third straight home loss, note that the home side has in fact seen the total go OVER the posted number in all three games it's played this year after scoring 85 points or less. And note that Golden State has seen the total sail above the posted number in nine of 16 vs. teams with losing records this season. In my opinion, the situation, the numbers and the trends do all indeed point to the OVER as the savvy move in this one.
