AAA's O/U EAST-COAST EXPRESS (ALL AABBOOAARRDD!)
(NHL) NY Islanders vs. Ottawa,
Total: 5.50 | -130.00 Under
Result: Loss
This is an 8* O/U EAST-COAST EXPRESS on the OVER between the New York Islanders and the Ottawa Senators.

The Islanders are injured but still dominating and they'll look to beat the Senators for the second time in three days. Ottawa obviously has different plans in mind. When the smoke clears at the end of this one, I'm expecting the total to sneak above the posted number. New York is 12-2-0 since November 5th and is averaging a plus-6.5 margin in shots per game during the streak, the Isles would knock off the Sens 3-2 in overtime on Tuesday, pushing the team to 8-0 in games decided after regulation this season. But as mentioned off the top, New York comes in a bit banged up, it put defensemen Johnny Boychuk and Lubomir Visnovsky on the injured list Wednesday. Note though that the Islanders offense will welcome back right win Michael Grabner today. And that doesn't bode well for Ottawa goaltender Craig Anderson who has dropped four straight, giving up at least three goals in six consecutive outings. Note that New York has seen the total eclipse the number in seven of 13 vs. teams with losing records this year, while Ottawa has seen it sail above the number in eight of its last 12 after three or more consecutive losses. In my opinion, all signs do indeed point to the OVER as the sharp move here.
