Tonight I am taking Rice as small favorites in the Hawaii Bowl against Fresno State. We cashed in yesterday in Hawaii and we will again tonight as Rice is going to take care of business against Fresno State. Fresno may be the only team in NCAA history to have played in a Bowl Game and end up with 8 losses on the season.
