Taking WEST VIRGINIA. I think the Mountaineers keep it within a score here vs Penn State. WVA really surprised me last year with a really solid season. The expanded playoffs has Penn State pumped since when you lose every year to Michigan and Ohio State, you can't win the Big 10 and get a playoff bid. They can eke out a win here and still get an invite. West Virginia is a live home dog for me. Franklin always seems to mess things up with really good teams.
