Cincinnati starter Nick Lodolo is 2-0 with a 2.12 ERA. But before comparing the lefty to Sandy Koufax consider Lodolo has pitched just 17 innings. He's reached the sixth inning in just one of his three starts.

The Rays have the best record in baseball at 14-3. Tampa Bay leads the majors in runs and homers. So I find this a cheap price to lay.

Cincinnati is 13-29 in its last 42 games. The Reds blasted the Rays, 8-1, on Monday. But they've gone 13 games without achieving consecutive victories.

Tampa Bay is starting Taj Bradley. He's the Rays' top pitching prospect. This will be Bradley's second big league start. He's backed by a deep Tampa Bay bullpen.
