Result: Push
What do we get in this matchup? Will it be a 10-goal game like the Blues' 9-1 victory over the Wild this past Friday, or a lower-scoring game similar to St. Louis' 3-2 win against Minnesota this past Saturday?

The Wild probably win this game, although I don't want to lay in the $1.40 range to find that out. I'm more sold on this game going Under since I see a far more likely repeat of Saturday's tight-checking affair. Minnesota coach Dean Evason made a number of adjustments following his team's 9-1 humiliation that completely changed things. The Wild led 2-1 on Saturday with less than a minute left. But the Blues took advantage of a lucky bounce to tie the game and then won in overtime. So even 5 goals being scored was misleading.

If you toss out that nine-goal outlier from Friday, the Blues have scored just 14 goals in regulation during their last nine games. That's an average of 1.5 goals a game. Minnesota is an above average defensive team and goalie Cam Talbot is 1-0-1 with a 1.44 goals against average versus St. Louis this season.

The Blues could catch a break if Minnesota wingers Kevin Fiala and Marcus Foligno remain out with injuries. Fiala is the Wild's second-leading goal scorer and is second on the team in points.

The last time these teams met in Minnesota was March 25. The Wild won, 2-0. The Under has cashed in seven of the past nine games in the series.
