#953 ASA PLAY ON Arizona Diamondbacks -115/-120 over New York Mets, Thursday at 7:10 PM ET - The Diamondbacks are off 3 straight losses but are 3-0 since mid-April when they are entering a game on a losing streak of 3 (or greater) games.  Arizona also is expected to have Zac Gallen on the mound here so they will turn to a top gun to try and stop the bleeding.  Facing an anemic Mets team should help in that regard.  New York has lost 15 of 19 games since an 18-18 start this season.  With a very fair price on the Dbacks here and the ability to fade a team that has gone 4-15 the last 3+ weeks, we will not hesitate.  The Mets have scored 2.9 runs a game in their last 13 games!  The Diamondbacks are off B2B losses at World Champion Texas but this followed wins in 7 of 10 on the road and Arizona scored 5 runs a game in that 10-game stretch of road games.  Arizona's Gallen has a 2.88 ERA in night games this season and a 2.81 ERA in the month of May.  New York's Christian Scott is a 24-year old right-handed rookie and he is winless in his 4 starts with a 5.06 ERA in his last 3 starts.  We look for the Diamondbacks to roll on the road here as the Mets have a .202 batting average at home and a .322 slugging percentage at home which ranks them as the worst home hitting team among all 30 teams.  Arizona resumes their winning ways on the road after the 2-game hiccup at Texas.  Take the Diamondbacks on the road early Thursday evening.
