#929/930 ASA PLAY ON Over 11.5 Runs – Tampa Bay Rays at Colorado Rockies, Sunday at 3:10 PM ET - The first two games of this series have gone over easily and we expect the series finale to do the same.  The Rays pitching staff has a 5.60 ERA on the season and the Rockies pitching staff has an 8.04 ERA this season.  Coors Field continues to be a run-producing bonanza of a ballpark.  Though Hudson did not allow an earned run in his first start it was a cold day at Wrigley Field with the wind blowing in.  Also, he was hit quite hard in that start and there were 3 unearned runs scored on him in his final frame when he got the hook. The unearned runs all came across on one play but he was truly already in trouble.  Also, Hudson had a moderately high ERA each of the last two seasons with St Louis and now he has to pitch his home starts at hitter-friendly Coors Field.  In his first start here this season, Hudson faces a Rays team that has already scored 15 runs in this series.  The TB starter today is Ryan Pepiot and he struggled with command in his first start this season and paid for it with 6 runs allowed as he did not make it out of the 6th inning.   He did pitch well in his lone start at Colorado last season as a member of the Dodgers.  However, this Rockies team is swinging hot bats right now with 17 runs scored in the first two games of this series.  4 straight Rockies games - 2 here and 2 on the road - have totaled at least 14 runs so the over is a PERFECT 4-0 L4 Colorado games!  Rockies have scored an average of 8 runs in the most recent 3 games.  Also, in the most recent 4 games, Colorado has allowed an average of 9 runs.  This total opened up at a 12 and dropped to an 11.5 and we love the value here with consideration to the above factors here in this one.  Over is the call in this one Sunday afternoon.
