#929/930 ASA FREE PLAY ON OVER 10 or 10.5 Runs – St Louis Cardinals @ Kansas City Royals, Sunday at 2:10 PM ET – JA Happ off a rare quality start.  Happ comes back down to earth quickly here as he is 2-4 with a 7.52 ERA in his road starts this season.  The over is 14-7 in his starts this season and that trend is likely to continue here.  Both bullpens imploded in yesterday's game and the teams each reached a total of a dozen hits.  Also, Happ will not be the only pitcher struggling here.  The Royals are starting Kris Bubic and he was lucky against the Cardinals in his most recent start as he walked 4 in less than 5 innings plus allowed a homer but yet allowed only 1 earned run in the start.  He will not be so fortunate here as the Cardinals have won 7 of 8 games and scored an average of 5.5 runs per game.  Considering that plus Happ's overall struggles this season, this one should be a slugfest as Royals should score plenty too.  Our computer math model is projecting a very high-scoring game with at least a dozen runs scored and we could not agree more!  Bet the OVER
