#130 ASA PLAY ON 8* Las Vegas Moneyline -125 over Seattle, Saturday at 9:00 PM ET - Raider head coach Jon Gruden has always treated the pre-season seriously and we expect that to continue to be the case this season. His NFLX record since 2003 is an impressive 36-18 and since taking over for the Raiders he is 6-2 in pre-season games. Gruden has a very solid QB rotation to work with starting with Carr and then followed by Mariota who might just be the top back up on the league. Even pushing down to their 3rd string QB Las Vegas is solid as Peterman has some experience with a few NFL starts under his belt. Seattle comes in with a banged up OL early in camp. They are without starting LT Brown who is sitting out with a contract dispute. His back up is injured along with the Hawks starting center, starting guard, and back up RT. Their QB rotation isn’t as strong as Vegas as we expect Russell Wilson to get very few snaps if any, and he is followed by Geno Smith who has 9 pass attempts in the last 3 seasons. After that it’s McGough who has yet to take a snap in an NFL game and Mannion who has played a little but has 0 career TD’s. The offense is also working on a brand new system as Seattle brought in a new OC, Waldron, to replace Schottenheimer who is now with the Jags. We expect some early pre-season struggles offensively. This is the Raiders only home game in the pre-season and we look for Gruden to emphasize this one. Lay the small number or, better yet, look at the value here with the money line at nearly a pick price.
