Look for another low-scoring game here.  Oakland's bats have produced an average of only 3 runs in the last 9 games.  The Rangers bats have been held to 3 or less runs in 4 of the last 5 games.  In terms of the starting pitchers here, Oakland's James Kaprielian has a 2.84 ERA in his last 3 starts and a 2.84 ERA on the season.  The A's O/U is 2-4 in his road starts this season.  The Rangers start Mike Foltynewicz who has been back on track in recent starts so you can not look at his full season numbers.  The true gauge of Foltynewicz is that he is in strong current form with a 3.60 ERA and an even more impressive 0.80 WHIP in his last 3 starts.  He also is 2-0 with a 2.14 ERA in his 3 starts versus Oakland in his career.  Athletics bullpen has been better on the road than at home and the Rangers bullpen has been better at home than on the road.  Both pens have been respectable, if unspectacular, on the season.  Also, over the last 15 days the bullpen ERA of these two teams ranks them each in the top 7 in the majors.  That being said, the trending is certainly going the right way for both teams.  Per our computer math model, this game lands around 6 to 7 runs and even if it reaches 8 that is still a winning ticket based on the 9 that is posted at most books as of late morning Saturday.  We like the odds being in our favor for a well-pitched affair in this one!  Bet the UNDER
