NC State has failed to cover the spread in every game thus far while California has covered in four of their last five games. California nearly took out the Miami Hurricanes last week and I bet they will be motivated to finish the job this time with no mercy and no chance of a comeback. The Golden Bears should force some turnovers from NC State's freshman QB and California will capitalize.
