The Bluejays rely too heavily on big man Ryan Kalkbrenner. He has been a dominant force in their wins, but he's lackluster in their losses (11.3 PPG, 50% shooting and 25% from beyond the arc). In his nine previous games vs. UConn, he averaged just 10 PPG, as the Huskies forced Creighton's supporting players to beat them. The problem with that is much of the talent from last year's squad has departed via graduation or transfer and guard Pop Isaacs (16.3 PPG) is out for the season.

I see Connecticut as the much better team and feel confident laying the points with the dogs at home on Saturday.
