MICH STATE -13.5
(NCAAF) Boilermakers (PUR) vs. Spartans (MSU),
Point Spread: -13.50 | -110.00 Spartans (MSU) (Home)
Result: Loss
The Spartans are pent-up offensively, and I feel they're due for a breakout against a terrible Boilermakers defense. With QB Aidan Chiles and WR Nick Marsh, they have big-play ability in the passing game, and the rushing attack is in great hands with Nate Carter and Kay’ron Lynch-Adams. Purdue ranks 131st in the nation in scoring defense, has allowed the most passing yards per attempt in the Big Ten, and has given up ten more rushing scores than any other Big Ten team.

MSU needs another win to have a shot at a bowl game, and with Rutgers at home in the finale, it's still a likelihood the Spartans will be bowling this season. I expect Michigan State to play a complete game, performing like a team with its back against the wall.
