Luis Gil struggled in his last two starts prior to his injury (seven runs on ten hits) and walked 16 batters in his last four appearances (17.1 IP). He has a 12.6% walk rate. The Cubs are averaging 6.8 runs per game in their last six games and have been walking more often lately (10.5%) while striking out less (19%).

I also like the Yankees to score more than expected against Jordan Wicks, who is making just his second appearance since mid-June due to injury. NY doesn't hit left-handers nearly as well as right-handers, but I'm willing to bet it bucks that trend today. The Yanks are averaging 6 runs per game in their last six and need a win, after dropping six of their last six games. I believe they'll battle today.

On top of that, both bullpens have had their struggles this season.
