NY Yankees vs. Baltimore (Under 8.5)

Result: Win
Gerrit Cole's recent struggles against the Orioles (0-2 with 13 earned runs in his last three starts) will be front and center on the All-Star's mind tomorrow. With Baltimore on top of the division and New York welcoming back Judge, this game carries more significance than usual in the Yankees' locker room. I'm confident that their ace, who has held seven of his last nine opponents to two or fewer runs, will rise to the occasion against the Orioles, who have been through a gauntlet of schedule since the All-Star break.

Grayson Rodriguez struggled earlier this season but appeared to regain his form in Triple-A, where he was named International League Pitcher of the Month for his performance in June. The 24-year-old followed that up with two solid outings against LA and TB since returning to the big league rotation. He won't limit the Yankees to three or fewer runs if Judge provides the spark I believe he can, but G-Rod will compete.

The under, 37-29-2 when New York is a betting favorite, is my total prediction for Friday's Orioles-Yankees game.
