Pittsburgh vs. Colorado (Pirates ML): BEST BET MLB
(MLB) Pittsburgh vs. Colorado,
Money Line: -102.00 Pittsburgh (Away)
Result: Win
I liked Tuesday's starting pitcher Vince Velasquez to bounce back last time out versus St. Louis so much that I bet Pittsburgh as +234 ML underdogs — and won. I like the right-hander even more tomorrow in Colorado. The Rockies have a .301 OBP against righties this season, with 26 walks and 106 strikeouts in 405 ABs. Vince V picked up his first win and quality start vs. St. Louis with an impressive 18 swinging strikes, one shy of his career-high. He'll have similar success tomorrow, building off of his last outing.

Colorado's starter Ureña has been all over the place this season, walking four in 2.1 innings vs. San Diego and three versus Washington in 2.2 innings. He only walked one batter in his last start but still gave up two long balls in 5.0 innings. I don't think he'll last longer than four innings Tuesday and will hand the ball over to a Rockies pen that has the tenth-highest ERA (4.55) and seventh-highest WHIP in MLB this season.

Bet on Pitt as slight ML underdogs to win big on Tuesday. If you're feeling bold like I am, split a unit on Pirates alternate RL -1.5 and Pirates ML!!
