Cleveland will face a legitimate Chargers defense so Winston is going to have to sling the ball. The Browns have not been able to pass 20 points in a game so far this season, and what is interesting here is that the Chargers haven’t allowed more than 20 points in a game. Only the Steelers put up exactly 20 while even KC couldn't, only putting up 17, albeit KC still won that game, but it shows how ferocious this Chargers defense is but the Browns have a comparable defense too. The issue for the Chargers is their offense and trying to generate enough of it. The Browns are at home and will have their work cut out for them but Winston is a capable quarterback and he played well in his last game and was virtually mistake free. This will be a tight close game again so taking any points makes sense.

Best bet: take the points with the Browns.
