Wisconsin comes into the game off a bad loss to Penn State and they are on the road. They are playing Iowa who’s making a QB change from McNamara to Sullivan who is a dual threat and he can run and throw and he looked good last week. Last year, Iowa won this game 15-3 and 24-10 the year before. In fact they have won the last two games versus Wisconsin at home in Iowa City by double digits. Wisconsin will have to play Iowa’s stout defense that will turn the game into an ugly rock fight while they control the clock. They have been good at home this season winning four of their last five home games and they are the better team in this spot. Wisconsin is 1-3 ATS as a road underdog in the last two seasons. Iowa is 8-2 ATS when the line is +3 to -3 and they are 5-2 ATS off a home win against a conference rival in the last two seasons.
