The Mavericks are in a back to back road spot and these two teams usually play to the under in what should be a more defensive game, especially from the Timberwolves who are looking for massive revenge. Last season's playoffs series all went under the total except for the last game, but not by much. The Timberwolves are keeping opponents to 108.7 points or less this season and should control the pace as they are one of the slower teams in the league. Luca also didn’t practice in the preseason and is not in top form plus with the travel and fatigue, should not have a great game. This is their fourth game in six nights for Dallas and their last game ended late; so with the travel, the team should be somewhat fatigued in this bad scheduling spot for them. Don’t expect a lot of points from either side so the under has value.
